Le personnel était extrêmement gentil et poli. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit était confortable.La climatisation fonctionnait bien.Les draps et les taies d'oreiller sentaient incroyablement bon.La salle de bains était grande et propre.La vue sur la rue était agréable.Il y avait suffisamment de serviettes pour deux personnes.L'hôtel offrait un bon rapport qualité-prix.
Rien n'est à éviter.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the cleaning service was impressive. the breakfast was tasty and included a good variety of options. Rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a well-decorated bedroom and a good bed. the bathroom was clean but starting to look a bit rundown. the A/C temperature control was a problem in some rooms. the location was convenient but with no particularly impressive view.

Had a great Easter stay at this hotel. the breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options, from pastries to Indian cuisine. the pool area was also a highlight, offering a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. the location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and several restaurants within walking distance.
The room itself could use some improvements. the bathroom was a bit outdated and the air conditioning was struggling to keep up with the warm weather.

We had an excellent stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is very convenient, as it is close to the civil station in Kakkanad. The room service and housekeeping staff were exceptional, providing us with everything we needed. The room itself was comfortable and beautifully decorated. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was generally helpful during our stay and made us feel welcome.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff, including the room servicing, cleaning and security personnel, were exceptional. They added to the enjoyment of our stay and made us feel comfortable. The location was convenient for us to get around, and the hotel facilities were great. We found the breakfast to be delicious, and the option for an extended check-out time was appreciated.

Despite the chaos of the New Year, the hotel staff managed to serve breakfast on time and with multiple options. Location wise, the hotel was situated conveniently near major bus stops and tourist attractions. The room service staff were very friendly and patient with our requests, and even managed to provide us with an additional pillow.
The room was not as clean as it should have been, with very old and rundown furniture that looked like it had not been replaced in years. To make matters worse, there was a foul smell emanating from the bathroom that we constantly complained about but received no response.
